Friendly Github Introduction

Workshop for Mozilla Science Lab about online collaborations with Github

The Friendly Github Intro was a workshop I put together with Stephanie Wright during my fellowship with the Mozilla Science Lab. The idea was to begin creating learning materials (and testing them) to help build computational literacy in the sciences, specifically for version control and collaborative online ecosystems.

The Friendly Github Intro has been forked >47 times and has been heavily developed by Kirstie Whitaker during her Mozilla Fellowship and beyond. Shout out to Kirstie for being great.
